They should lay off the entire ethics office. Top to bottom. It’s a joke. Just for show. USAA are criminals. Ethics are just a fake box or whatever they need to have but it’s fake. Lay them off. Save money usaa. Think. Think. Ethics is a joke. The entire ethics department is a failure and a fraud. Burn it down. Or someone needs to call the media
Fight fire with fire. If an employer is coming after you with fake reviews and fake pips, you create large losses. Let the occ figure it out
I’m an advocate for giving any employer the least amount of notice, since they’d do the same. But quitting in this job market is on par to USAA leaders having integrity.
