Any rumor at all about when the next round of layoffs will start?

@1ms I left Fannie 9 years ago and surprised to hear about what's going on. However, it was eye-brow raising to see how many Managers and Directors are now at Fannie. It wasn't like that before.
@1ms exactly. If you are not in SVP/VP favorites list, you are in danger.
@1kt you must be new here. there hasn’t been any logic in these decisions since all he-l broke loose last year.
@c7 Are they prioritizing keeping leadership with longer tenure and experience?
what about PO (product owners) wish they cut PO another layer of management.
@c7 That's unfortunate. I know some middle managers that are quite good but then there are plenty who are absolutely worthless.
heard leadership is the next cut and I’m a senior manager. Anyone with less than 5 direct reports may be at risk. Been trying to mentally be prepared but one can’t never be ready I guess. One day at a time
