In the US it’s only until the last day of February. Check the CIP website, it’s very clear.
@ap this is only the case for retirements, not for normal, voluntary resignations.
You do not get CIP if you voluntarily resign.
If you on Payroll on April 1 2025 you get 25% CIP in 2026. Each full quarter completed plus one Day adds 25%
