Nothing significant for FTE this year. We had IT & Shared Services cuts in August and December last year. Product last month.

30% NTW cut just announced. 2/13 is there last day.

Jeff wants fewer NTW and more FTE to drive down costs and increase accountability.

Dust will settle and tweaks will be made in Q1 27

Yes. More IT FTE layoffs throughout the next 2 quarters as headcount shifts from US to our new Indian GCCs.

TMUS has Always been a Deeply Indian company. This is truly a welcome change that better aligns the structure of our organization to reflect our dedication to being jobs positive, AI-Enabled, and careers not jobs.

IT will continue to be impacted as T-Mobile leans further into hiring IT FTE's in India. Anyone in IT in the USA should assume you are at risk of being laid off.

Be prepared. Update your resume. If you see an opportunity you should consider it.

Control your destiny or someone else will.
