@a2 productivity will drop but quality will still remain the same, cr-ppy as ever. This is the worst organization in which I’ve worked. It’s not just the federal gov that is incompetent, it’s also their contractors. Nothing but overinflated egos with nothing to show for it.
@f2 if thats the case then they are shutting down all of Brevard County and that is most certainly not the case.
@ew you're not a top level manager. You're a low level technician. Probably just an assembler. Managers don't visit sites like this and Sam probably doesn't even know it exists.

If Mehata is visiting your site, that will be a sign to start looking for a job. 90% your site will be shut down, moved to another location, or layoffs will be coming in the near future. That is how L3harris functions in 2023-2024-2025 & for sure, in 2026 will be no change.
@e3 We are high level managers that have issues with the amount of oversight being done on our employees, with badge swipes. I haven't been asked, and now I have to deal with it.
I feel absolutely done with this company. Sam can deal with high level retreats, I'm sure.

He's actively changing the culture for all of his sites across the company, and not for the good.
I think he's better off in a closet, rather than being paid to do something.

@a2 nobody is going to be suing anybody. Sam is doing exactly what his leadership is paying him to do and they are happy about it. The people that are supposedly quiet quitting will get fired soon. It's not like it's a secret who they are. And the rest of you disgruntled people will probably quit because that's what corporate wants you to do. Sam is doing exactly what he is getting paid to do. Drive people like you out the door. Goodbye.
His base pay is over $700,000 a year and over 4 million dollars with bonuses and stock awards. None of you matter to him and you never will. 🤣

C’mon, it's not that hard to figure it out, it’s not rocket science. If a post had a pretty nasty personal insult chances are that's why it got nuked. Mods usually don’t care whether a post is praising or dragging management. Avoid the f-bombs and personal attacks and stick to criticizing people's actions, not looks. That's it.

And you are ki-ling morale. So many people quite quitting now. Productivity is going to seriously bottom out. No one wants to go the extra mile anymore. Team efficiency is gone. Profit is already decreasing and people are talking about lawsuits. Legal is going to be dragged through court endlessly.
