heard re-org then small layoff in O&I. In CA mostly.
Happens when you have an ineffective leader who is more focused on himself and his wallet than doing the right thing. When you try to emulate Rajat and surround yourself with yes robots, you end up getting bit in the a$$ and replaced by another AI fueled RajatBot

Considering the recent trend of incremental cuts, I don’t foresee a major layoff. They will likely tie it to performance goals to avoid paying severance.
