No matter who is to blame this is the greatest share destruction of a fortune 200 in the last decade. Mike and this leadership team is going to be under pressure to start showing results soon.

Such a d-mb post. The stock price was a ponzi scheme the whole time. Boohoo it now is back to earth when the bodies can't be buried.
@jp I got an informal offer at a company offering over 30% increase and better bonus for the same type of work.
For people who carry out and execute the real work, Fiserv upper management will never justify a real... so I am now debating whether to even raise this. The raise last year doesn't even cover my car insurance.
Does this company give anyone who can earn options a real choice in the matter? It seems not.
This company needs to understand that it was once great because of the loyal employees they once had! Folks that went above and beyond to ensure the client stays with fiserv and not leave for a competitor! Now I hope they turn away from fiserv and go with a company that values their business! Because if a company doesn’t value their own employees then why/how would they value clients!
As much as this is not Lyons fault, and as much as Frank is/was just a greedy hack destroyer of companies, the op is correct. It’s a crazy business and economy , results are expected fast the honeymoon is over
The company is trying to recover from what FB did. ML has only been at the helm about 6 months, all of which have been battling back from what FB did. A lot of damage was done by FB both to stock and to employees. That doesn’t fix easily or quickly and some of the stock volatility is market wide.
Fiserv lost its way once FD and Frankster the genius CEO took over. Anyone else tired of these so called CEO leaders with their one trick pony routine of layoffs equal efficiency, AI is the savior for all and RTO will create innovation and collaboration, hire a bunch of H1B’s to save $$…BS!
Fiserv will never get back until it recognizes people who are SME’s and can respond to customers are the backbone and not the horrible dime a dozen leadership members.
Mike is Frank’s cause. He placed a bank president as a CEO…. No experinece and definitely not close to a war-time CEO. Mike would have needed a layup company to have any success.
@b8 You’re wrong. You’re trying to scare people and you don’t have to disclose your hidden agenda. Truly, this is just a site to disrupt the company. Mike is good. He will do what’s right and it’s about time. He’s good for Fiserv. Believe in him and great things will come.
Mike is a joke but for some reason everyone defends him. This man has done NOTHING! Yes, we all know Frank gutted Fiserv but Mike is lost. There is no talent. There is nothing to defend. Get over it and find another job before youre laid off or discarded to Infinite.
