ISR’s now make quotes for the channel, on top of all the KPI’s they increased on us.

ISRs are quote monkies period. You say it can't get worse, wait till AI replaces all you worthless seat warmers. ISRs are the thing of the past in the brave new world.
That's nothing new, been that way forever, at least in EMEA. Could be different in different regions though.
