Do we still have engineers or are we talking about non-engineers we put into engineering roles to save a buck (i.e. Tuboscope) and nepotism?

Your right, they do not care about the real workers only about their career and bonus is what they think about, especially that VP from the Middle East region, so wrapped up in his self importance! He’s had so many senior roles and did nothing, except destroy people and the business, another one of the KSB Boys

The voluntary retirement programs of the past were very generous offerings for those employees that qualified.
It doesn’t appear that the current NOV leaders have “generosity “ in their thoughts.
Also, don’t make the mistake thinking HR is your friend.

Will there be any VERPs? Last one was 3 years ago. Historically has been every 4 years with one time at 3 years. If they raised the calculation to a higher number not as many could take it.
Will VERPs be same as in the past? Lay off packages were cut in half.
