I keep hearing that O&I will be getting more work done by outsourcing companies which likely means less hiring. Does that mean more layoffs?

Of course, Rajat will ONLY spend his budget on India, his people. That's ALL he knows, nothing else matters to him.
He needs to go ... years ago.
O&i are extremely slow to deal with so i don't blame them for outsourcing this. But outsourcing is a major issue too with training a major concern
Lets hope not. The Indians internal already do less than stellar jobs while taking up most of the workforce diversity. Outsourcing to Indians will just make it worse. At least they can’t get promoted within the company just for being Indian if it happens
