Most of India's leadership does nothing than a people management. Critical resources might be moved under top leadership in USA letting lots of India's leaders to go.

I haven't seen software engineers unionized anywhere in the world.
Dead weight is indeed at the top. We make the money for this company and we deserve a say in how it’s used, especially if it means laying us off to fund a deal. ICs need to unionize.
Is that not most countries including US/Canada? VPs with zero technical skills and abilities fail up failure after failure. Stealing credit, backstabbing and politics is what they do best. Deadweight is at the top not at IC level.
