Just someone trying to whip up some DEI stupidity?
The VP at my company brags about her chart that shows the percentage of each ethnicity hired that they monitor. I won't name the company, but yes, I do believe there is pay tied to it, especially when Blackrock and State Street are major holders of the company.
DEI must end. Keep pushing back.
