Aggressively swept under the rug. BFS and DEI was everywhere, until it wasn’t.
After Nike shows that main beneficiaries of DEI were white women this investigation will go away.
Not giving the fed the requested information is the reason this is in the news.
Nike failed to provide documentation. The fed subpoenaed. An enforcement action.
If there wasn’t anything to hide… no wrongdoing… why not hand it over. Open book.
Oh…maybe it’s because there is something to hide.
Racism and S-xism is never good, no matter what label you slap on it.
Focus on merit regardless of either, as it should be. Why I as an adult should need to explain this concept to other supposed adults is disappointing.
DEI is active and willful discrimination.
Could this be contributing to a decline in leadership quality at Nike?
DEI = discrimination. Really don’t understand how it’s taken so long to figure this out.
