Heard some rumors layoffs happened today. Any validity to that? TAS and mortgage were mentioned.

Don’t know about Mortgage or Audit, but I have seen four people walked out of our office this week by security.

Two people said they were laid off in TAS but they were problems so seems more like a we restructured to get rid of you than outright fire them. Both were legacy employees that were under qualified for their role now that Truist is a big bank. Both had little bank mentality and could not adjust.
