Quiet quit.Do your job,the very basics..no more no less..collect your wage. Let the better faster lot believe they are correct,until people realize it is only better because they believe they are better and the faster option will see accidents rise. Respect is earned not demanded.Some try to rule by fear until it falls down round them and they blame everyone but themselves. I am hopefully gone not later than summer 2026. Good luck to everyone . Agreed, EPR score 4, promotion rejected, 1% for my additional contribution. I’m done, it’s now work MY way.
BB is practicing a Psyops operation where people get comfortable that they won't be fired today. And then out of the blue BANG it happens to someone on your team.
After the shock, the boss acts like nothing happened and people settle down and get comfortable again.
Then BANG it happens again.
That's the mode we will be in until BB is done splitting up the company.

Doesn't it seem that they are trying to get people to leave with no severance package? I don't know that you'll see the 2500 person layoffs again. Maybe you'll get lucky but please be looking now.
I'm highly skilled but overworked.
I wish I could get a severance package, because then I'd have some paid time off.
