Original poster here - end of March they are chopping around 1500-2k people, and most of them are management employees like ad , directors,svps
I hope this layoffs brings real change in Verizon. Most of the people in leadership are not good enough to make real decisions.

Toxic senior leadership team. I hope to see that they get what they deserve, however I made my own peace when I left this micromanaged sh-tshow. I treasure every day I'm away from the non-stop anxiety attack that was Verizon.

That is a step in the right direction. Hopefully Joe Russo, Kyle and Sam follows. then they should start with SVPs/VPs/SirDir lots of duplication. Most of them lack the ability to make decisions or drive team.
