Everyone will be moving to Infinite Solutions once the building is closed.
They did a huge push with maintenance right before closing Sioux Falls. They needed the building to look nice to help it sell faster.
The lack of maintenance indicates that they intend to keep the building open.
@b5 I bet they are trying to find a place with tax credits as it is my understanding that Coral Springs has expired. Next to no maintenance is done except minor stuff and to keep code enforcement happy. If they were actually looking at fixing things up, he could have just said that they are budgeting money for repairs and refurbishing.
@ax it was glossed over too quickly at the very beginning of the meeting. They only thing that was said was it will be decided what to do with Coral (keep it or whatever) and that decision wasn't immediate. I gather maybe by summer we'll know.
Would love if we get to be remote for good. I am not relocating or driving to Miami or West Palm for work. Fu-k that.
I believe it is closing. The site is in total disrepair with minimal work being done to maintain it

They're in my department this week. I'm not going to the town hall. I don't care. Last time I asked why Lyndon and his crew were here a week or two ago, I got nothing but trolls commenting.
