Since 13,000 in 2025... only 2,000 more. The teal opportunity is go to Director/ VP level and remove DEI hires. Easy to do.. HR no doubt has a Power Point claiming success. Then go to to HR and ask for DEI with High School degree... that's where DEI lives.
I know for a fact the Facilties. RE group is already experimenting with AI for their accounting group. And, they have way too many managers and supervisors in the field. Not sure why stores and commercial buildings need separate faculties people. They can cut way back here in Texas
