I absolutely hate that bonuses, pay increases, and RSU take until mid Feb and almost all of March to vest. it's so annoying

I hate how the vesting period doesn't count towards Long Term Capital Gains status. So you have to wait one additional year.
The longer it takes to vest and the more difficult it is to cash them in, the less money they lose out on.
