2027 agency plan will show exactly the direction and procedures for the agency channel.
Remember the developed new products and lines that have been purchased are direct and customer self service.
If I were agencies I would be selling the books ASAP while there is still something to sell.
They are trying to get rid of agents. When they release the '27 framework for (getting rid of) agents, it will be clear.
