@av thank you for the feedback I am so sorry that happen to you but so happy you caught their error
I was laid off last year but make sure with HR/ERC that the severance is aligned with the total years you worked at Molina. They messed up on my severance rate with the wrong amount of years. Glad, I asked and they corrected it.
