I have heard that HR does not like people who have 2 inconsistent meets in a row, but if 2 year end IMs are separated by a meets at midyear, would that make a difference… And if so, how?

There’s no real answer. It’s all dependent on job. I’ve known people who went from IM to IM to NI and are still here because they turned it around
