@be - 20 years ago, Dell had all this info internally available on an inside dell salary structure report. You could search your payband and one level up/one level down. Super helpful for planning career progression. Now that there's no career progression it's better for HR to have smoke and mirrors.

You won't find it. Not even your manager have it except for a couple of days each year, unless someone shares it with them.
Highly unlikely you'll ever find that, unless your manager tells you. They will have it but they cannot share it with you under any circumstance. As a manager, I was threatened by HR with an ethics case just because I asked about it. What I can tell you is that it does vary significantly by region, even within the same country. Not only that, it varies massively for people in different jobs codes, even in the same location and same org.
