Pay attention to the "I" in "IT" as you interview. If it's a diversified team mirroring population distribution in America, go for it. If it all "I", run away as far as possible.
its not bad at all. most of the people who complain here dont like that results are expected from work. ive worked enterprise IT several places. its awesome at fidelity by comparison.
It’s toxic to say the least. Full of cliques and favoritism galore. If you’re lucky the team you land on won’t be so bad
