Interesting that the entire Dell Ethics and Compliance page has been disabled. Also, the page for reporting ethics violations about people to a third party (“anonymously”) goes to a 404 Error page. I guess ethics don’t matter any more at Dell. No way to report ethics violations. Gotta protect those leaders!

I definitely had the email this morning and now it’s gone from my inbox. It must’ve been recalled in error…
@e9 it didn’t exist yesterday. It does today
@e5 I got one for training. Then it disappeared.
It's not down. I literally just did it an hour ago lol
Love the email on ethics. Top ethics company for sure. /s
Meh, this is just result of AI taking our job. Didn't you know that? 🤣 #VibeCoding
@dd yes - it is working with the new link. It used to be external, to Ethics Point, and now is internal Service Now. But it is accessible from an external computer.
It's up and running, there were tons of switch overs for FY27 done this weekend. New portal is up and running
And those ethics courses ?.... its CYA for Dell because its a stick to beat you with if you make a small sc--w up.
HR is not your friend - main interest for them is protecting the company & you don't matter.
why would a company that supports ageism be concerned about ethics.
Doesn’t surprise me. At this point most of the SVPs and above are corrupted opportunists who would lie, cheat and steal to get ahead. Think about MD and JC. Biggest POS of all time. These people have money but absolutely no respect.
Huge Dell 401K lawsuit coming
Dell’s ethics function is primarily designed to protect the company’s interests rather than to advocate for employees.
Did they ever really matter to Dell?
