Just met with the boss to go over my raise. Just curious to see what everyone else is getting. I got 2% raise as an hourly employee, a meets on my annual review and my department does not offer bonuses. Located in Arizona.

3.5% with an exceeds rating, hourly employee no bonus. Located in a now non target location for my LOB.

I always think the % increase SU-KS. Think about it. someone that makes way too much gets 2%. Their 2% is way more $$$ than someone else so % su-k
I got the same as OP. 2% raise with a Meets rating, hourly employee, and my department does not offer bonus.
