As a former employee who go out years ago, I am at a competitor and this financial disaster makes our take over of X accounts easy. Customers who had been loyal for decades now welcome us to flip thier account to our company. The customers are ecstatic to have onshore call center, local sales and managers, QBRs and English speaking ballers as questions arise. We love what X has become.

Yeh it’s a concise and clear article. It doesn’t take into account Q4 results but it would be interesting to see an updated article with this included. The writing is on the wall. Reading comments in that article - one individual said there was a path out. How?? Also look at the debt maturities in 2027-2029(or 2028-2030) - if I read the slide correctly it’s a billion owned in each year. How on earth does XRX pay that??
