Fear based management and keeping employees in suspense is obviously the preferred management style here. Why do they do that? Maybe they think that employees who are under that kind of pressure will be more productive, but I think the result is exactly the opposite. Morale is very poor.

Huddles lol. Huge waste of time. The amount of money wasted with all of that continuous improvement nonsense was epic.
It’s been in the playbook since 2018 or so. There very little regard for the low level employee or their stress levels.
Wilson must go to have any chance.
At this point, I don’t know why I even care anymore. I’ll never meet their metrics. I’ll never get another good review again. I’m not going to abide by their new stupid rules. Telling me I HAVE to talk during daily huddles? FU. I have work to do.
They don’t even know what their next move is. There’s no underlying strategy here at all. They don’t really care if an employee feels pressured or not.

If you aren't comfortable you can always go find another job instead of waiting or wondering when the shoe will drop
