I hate to see job loss of any kind. But if we were to have another round of massive cuts, the sales org needs to be the first to go. For some reason they’ve never been affected by previous layoffs. Very bloated org and most of them are underachievers. Most companies have a quota policy for salespeople, but Medidata doesn’t, hence all the dead weight.
