Progressive recently released its Dec 2025 earnings and they continue to put the smackdown on SF!
Progressive gained est. 352,000 autos in December, SF lost 15,000 vehicles in December
Progressive grew by an estimated 5,447,000 vehicles in 2025, SF grew only an estimated 536k last year
State Farm has always been able to grow auto policy numbers at will. The issue is doing it at a profit…..or at least not at a loss.
But the usual agitators here bemoan the lack of growth when SF isn’t growing—then bemoan growth when it is.
I’m sure they blame SF for the changing amounts of daylight during the year as well.
Because I'm having too much fun! It's hilarious to watch this train wreck and love seeing responses like that! Sad...actually the opposite, I'm so happy that I will be done in 2 years and will watch the woke mob just consume itself. My favorite quote is: "Tolerance will reach such a level that intelligent people will be forbidden to think so as not to offend id--ts". That describes our society and State Farm! Every comment or conversation at State Farm is started with "how someone/people feel". Emotions....psychological safety, everyone opinions needs to feel valued, everyone needs a voice......anxiety.....blah blah blah! I don't need your BRG, Whatever Pride or History month, Mental Health resources.... I do not care about your opinion, your politics or what your therapist tells you. We are here to provide service to our customer. That is it.....nothing else belongs in the workplace and up until about 10-12 years ago SF was a safe place to just come to work and kept most, not all, but most of the politics, wokeness and craziness out of the company. Now it's just a dumpster fire and work is pretty much the last thing we get to do because of all the constant drama driven by the mentally unstable crowed! Place is a sh-t hole!

Execs don’t care about growth or profit. They have 150 billion in reserves. They could get rid of 90% of out policy holders and exec could live like kings off the interest alone.
I have progressive insurance working at statefarm. That should mean something. I don't believe in the company I work for, I have been backstabbed by my team for promotions in ET and I don't think I owe statefarm loyalty anymore.

In two more years I won't! I will take my 35 years, Pension and $750K in my 401K and watch this total sh-t hole continue to melt down from my Lake house! Drinking beer, grilling burgers, fishing, and overseas/beach vacations every 3-4 months. You can have the 2040 workforce, take your DEI and Harassment compliance courses, smell weed in the parking garages, watch an endless supply of Burger King workers and check the box Leaders stream through the company. What most people don't understand is most of us tenured employees, that have survived, get a huge laugh out of watching this monkey/circus show. We love seeing just how stupid this place can get.....it really is hilarious to watch this clown show and see what they come up with next....Halfway There Insurance!!! Holy Sh-t! Can't make this stuff up!

Hey I just happily paid my Progressive Auto insurance! Great service and great rates. I cancelled all my SF policies 10 years ago when they made MT the CEO. Now we have a 2040 DEI Workforce, horrible service, place is a complete total sh-t show! I can't wait to hear JF have to eat crow! They will probably not even acknowledge it.....all the current Execs have been the people at the helm driving this company into a he-l hole! If you haven't noticed they just reassign them every year or two, the keep running the mob scam/setup so nothing sticks on them.
