Does anyone know what the collective pay packages including base pay, incentive comp, deferred comp, and perks collectively on the ELC ? How about the main Board of Directors ? How much do they make ?

Yes, TIAA employee. That sounds like a legitimate question from someone who is a TIAA employee and you're absolutely right in thinking anyone who has that info is going to share it here. Those are all legit questions for someone to ask who isn't some lawyer looking for a way to sue the company (or representing some spouse of a board member in a divorce...). We love the ELC...
