Premium CMs, a senior manager and managing director were let go. The CMA role (random individuals who would listen and reviews calls) was completely eliminated.
And how exactly is the company tying anonymous info posted here to layed off employees and taking their severance?
IPCMs, ECFs, and supervisors got hit.
You have the right to consult with an attorney before you sign anything.
@ak This. Know Your Rights.

@ak You can absolutely this and there is plenty of time to do this so also consider I agree.
Most people would take the severance package and leave peacefully. You can refuse to sign if you feel strongly that you were unfairly targeted or discriminated. In that case, you better have solid supportive documentation, and you also consult with your trustworthy lawyer if you have a good chance to win the lawsuit against the company. I heard a story in a different company that people eventually settled down with two years severance pay, but not sure how much lawyers took.
@a9 Friends ignore this nosy person who clearly wasn't impacted and preserve your severance. Godspeed.
@a1 yes. If you deny the terms you lose everything
It’s Anonymous …
@a2 100% this is the answer. Don't let the people left here mess with that sweet package you are getting.
No thank you.
no one is going to say anything cause that can mess with the terms of the severance now that we know the terms.
