Does anybody know what advantage is to the company by changing the stock ticker from PSX to PTC?

This is for sure AI slop nonsense. There is already a software company that has the ticker PTC. That article from “Simply Wall Street” is dog sh-t.
The only things I can find on this are two articles with no attribution that are AI slop. Any real news outlets or filings that suggest this?

This does have something to do with rebranding but I can’t get any information on how it helps anything.
