@fs The company is not a family. Itβs a legal entity designed to convert human labor into shareholder value. When the conversion rate (margin) drops, the entity is programmed to cut the labor cost.

@fr What you think you should get from a public company and what that public company thinks it needs to provide you are two very different things.
I donβt have insider knowledge but why bring in a buy from IBM? IBM is not the beacon of high tech success? They dehumanize employees, cut cut cut then expect the remaining employees to work themselves sick while management moves their jobs overseas.
