Has anyone heard rumors about an upcoming retirement package offering for those folks over 60?

2.75% average raises will happen this month. KM will wait to see how many quit then offer early retirement to some to try and keep the budget balanced.
Xerox offer an early retirement option today, not details as of yet.

I was told there is money budgeted for raises this year. No other details. I believe the same happened last year until sales couldn't catch up and the decision was made to not give raises.
