Don’t be fooled by the bonus when they try to feed you the eNPS survey shortly after thinking you’ll respond more favorably while you're fat and happy. That is all this is.

If I chose to retire instead of move, what happens to my annual bonus? Is it prorated or nonexistent? In past years, it was prorated, but since the packages have changed, they don't address the topic. I could ask my AVP, but don't want to cause concern. They will get their 2 week notice.

It is not anonymous. They know which UIDs completed it. But guess what - you don’t do it - that counts just as negative.

Did you miss the part of the call where we saw that company culture is bonus-impacting in 2026? Ranting in a survey will change only one thing — bonus funding.

Surely you guys are not dim enough to fill out yet another survey. Have you learned nothing? Misery in the responses is a POSITIVE metric for leadership. The only thing they can't stand is non-engagement. Stop giving them the satisfaction.

Never again fill out a survey. The last 3 times we have attempted to air our grievances in good faith to no avail.
Last time a lot of you skipped it in protest yet the powers that be were still happy with the “engagement”. Clearly they have missed all points that were made, once again, so we are left with the simple answer.
DO NOT TAKE ANY SURVEY.
Maybe then results will occur.
