Has anyone received their merit increase % yet? Trying to see what I should expect.

@f5 Wow, do you know how medical accommodations per ADA are handled in respect to merit increases?
Manager here. Remote under 2%, most hub 2-2.5. As other have posted, less if you are over mid. Nothing if you are 110%+ of mid. No pay scale changes so this was tough.
0% if you are at or above mid-point. Remote bucket is half a percent less than hybrid. We are now a pay for compliance (not pay for performance) company. So even if you received a raise it was not for your work but for your obedience.
@dx one thing to note is also how close you are or over midpoint too

No one would have received anything official yet. Compensation decisions are approved on Feb 17th and managers can start communicating to their employees on the 18th.

my expectations are set at 0%
That wont be shared until mid-February. Leaders had until last week to submit their comp, now it goes up through the chain for oversight and review.
