It is stunning that they seem to think AI=CoPilot. Well CoPilot is a skin on GPT, which is a mediocre to bad GenAI and useless Agentic and Algrothmic AI tool. Our CoPilot has virtually non-existent RAG.
These guys are to AI like an automotive performance shop saying they are putting better exhaust on to increase speed. Zero clue what their subject matter is.
100%!! Years ago, the favorite word was "Agile" within OT; I joked there was someone sending a kickback for every mention of the word. We had oodles of training courses to take and how it was going to propel us to the next level; if I only had a dollar for every leadership cliche.....

I felt this too. The disconnect between all the AI hype and what employees are actually experiencing is… a lot. Feels very Hunger Games.
The fact the CEO of OI is saying CoPilot is going to save Optum 100X is a massive tell, and not a good one. Does OI even understand how AI works at all? Beyond CoPilot skin of mediocre OAI?
