Just curious for those that work here, are you planning to stay and try to ride out the current turmoil? Or actively looking whats out there. Obviously the market is brutal right now that makes switching harder, but I still see a lot of new job posts on LinkedIn, so theres gotta be some companies hiring.

Milk that dying cow, baby!
@q9 I'm doing the job of many and doing it exceptionally well but Iive in the wrong country. I didn't come in with the new executive team. That's the writing on the wall.
@q9 You keep reflecting on your great work that apparently isn’t providing much value based on quarterly results. The company needs clueless people to kowtow to management. Then we don’t have to. We’re happy to watch you while we do the minimum and prepare for our next move without any guilt at all.
@np You will be cut because you're not actually doing great work, my friend. You really should take a moment to self reflect on who you actually are and what you bring to Teradata
While some of you do bare minimum, I am here busting my a-s and will likely be cut because that is how the dice roll. Trust no one especially new leadership. You are not safe unless you came along with them. New agenda where "old' people don't matter.
Im doing the bare minimum. There is no riding it out as the company is beyond the point of no return. Best I can hope for is to hold on and re-assess what I do once given my marching orders. Like many who have been riffed, It would be unemployment lines and food stamps.
Has the pendulum swung so far back from the great resignation that "market competitive" is now seen as a flex?
I like it here culture is genuinely nice and I have a manager and team that supports me. I'm also 30 and a millionaire so I'm in an excellent spot thanks to the competitive pay here
I only have a couple of years until retirement so I’m going to do the minimum, take the money, and ride it down.
