A question to those employees riffed in late 2025 who had a last employment date in December, were you promised the full AIP payout in 2026 (whatever that ends up being...)? Same question to employees that set their retirement date in December 2025? Were you promised full AIP payout in March 2026? Trying to do some planning for the near future.

I was part of the early November RIF, and they told us we'd get 90 percent.
Retirees whose last day of work was 12/31 will get 100% of AIP. Not expecting much. Otherwise it is prorated based on months employed.
You will get the AIP if you part RIF late 2025. However, you manager will rate you below average (meet expectations) to justify your name in RIF list and there is no peer review.
I got the full payout for the number of months I worked in that year - I left in October and got it Jan- October - no reason to think November and December would happen - asked HR directly and was told no -
If you got RIF'd in 2025 you should have that information in writing -
I know 2 people laid off in oct 2023 that got their payout in 2024
OP here. I have seen things in written policy that never happened because of the manager not doing what they were supposed to do to make it happen. That is one reason I am asking employees directly.
There is a policy that addresses this. I know people who were RIF’d in 4q in 2024 and 2023 and they got their full AIP for that year. Check on Pulse, I’ve seen the policy and it does address this.
