Some of y'all need to read bare the minimum about benefits. The salary adjustment is not VCIP.

The annual salary adjustment is based on market rates for labor. Usually. Unless they decide the year was too tough to bother with a couple of percentage points.

VCIP is the annual bonus that is based on company and BU performance.

Both can receive an individual performance adjustment.

All of US received the email. 3.5% determined by SGL and midpoint and final ratings. I guess 165 on VCIP

Bring on the doom and gloom predictions of less than 100% despite any reasonable evidence that’s coming. Discretionary match for July-Dec was normal. The announced raises are normal. VCIP is normally in the 120 ballpark. I’d say that’s a good guess.

@as salary adjustments have already been announced. If you’re an employee, you received an email.

Could they do 70%? I know Marathon tinkered with the idea around this time in 2021 but ended up deciding to bankroll employees in at 80%.
