CCB - in the 3-5% range. I could be just a head count, although I am being told otherwise. I know that the managers have their dashboard with employee rankings, no idea where I am.

Chase doesn’t give increases > 10% without a promotion, so no more than that.

Can someone share what should be expected for a merit raise if you rec’d one Strong v. 2 Strong v. 3 Strong ratings? I’m assuming there are other factors taken into account like if you are already at or above market. I got a 2.5% raise with 3 Strongs (603).

Triple S is suppose to indicate to you that you will receive the most out of the pool, if you are seeing the same returns as 602s or 601s then you need to leave cause that is not normal in any other part of the bank, well.. everywhere I worked that is. And Im not saying "Oh he got 5000 as SSO and I got 6000 as SSS, so that's good" no its not good, you got played, that's a terrible increase for triple S.

If you have to ask this, then you are just a headcount, a body doing work til your dead. I have 3 S and a 603, and Im telling you that it isnt 2%-5% like the stuff your use to and fyi, im in the "broke" part of the bank.
