On a typical 4 -10's schedule construction project for an actual workforce/project team the Fridays off are used as make up for rain days and the like. And we always hope that doesn't happen, but sometimes it does and you deal with it. But of course you guys whining day and night in 2026 are just So So Special and more entitled than anyone on the planet, lol.
