It's sad, but I've gone from fearing layoffs to wanting one. The company has lost all the respect it once had for its workers. I don't recognize this place anymore and I want out.

Agree. Never seen it this bad ever and ive been here about 20 yrs. To be so bold as to falsify employee ratings to put them in a termination range or get merit taken away is disgusting. And the bau staff forced full time home now looking at termination because they “dont want staff wfh”. You did this to them bny !!! and you are now punishing them for it. How can they think this is ok?
