Did anyone else in CA get a letter regarding a non-compete policy being invalid.

Does this also apply to incentive comp- if you retire will shares continue vesting if you work for a competitor?

Get out of banking, investing, telekom, data, retail, and insurance handling. These are 90% of the afflicted postings in here everytime I peruse this site. There, problem solved. Non compete is not an issue if you get into another field. These 90% aren't going to get better soon if ever. Are you with me?

They’ve always been invalid. I’ve worked healthcare and bank positions all over California, Massachusetts etc they are bogus and have zero teeth. It’s just a bogus scare tactic. I had a major healthcare player in Boston train me and say I couldn’t go to another across the street because of my non compete Guess what I went nothing happened except I got paid 40 percent more.
