Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

MN people, are they still forcing you to to go 3 days a week

I am in OR hub, but if I am in MN hub, no way I am going to in.

Have they send out emails this month to nit go into office till the chaos dies down?

Will we get an email on Monday telling us to go in if we can?

Thanks, all, for the laugh! All you MN mo--ns who support the left wing ideology and march out into the streets anytime Soros tells you to are getting exactly what you deserve.

“They can’t expect us to work while we’re busy rioting, can they?!”

The people of Minnesota love a good riot as much as they love nose rings and Doritos.

You do realize no one is forcing you to do anything, right?

@dd I am a manager and have asked my employees to WFH. If my management does not like it they can fire me. At least I am not in any physical danger.

I hate to use the word leaders when describing our C suite. They continue to shrink in the moment and have said nothing. I told my boss I’m not coming in since I don’t want to have to show papers.

Not a single word, no empathy to employees whatsoever!! The managers aren’t even given free hand to approve exceptions

Officially they have sad NOTHING which is a rant I could go on about.
However I’ve heard on the down low that if you ask your manager they have been told they can do a 30 day exemption. I know at least 1 person in my group that got one. But they aren’t making it known that you have to ask.

However for our friends on the east coast they got an email about not coming in on Monday for snow….which made me scream!!!

Gk and MC and the 4 layers of managers above my manager have been silent about allow WFH while the city is in turmoil. It’s going to get much worse on Monday

They expect us to carry on like nothing is going on. No regards to employees physical or mental health health

Should not even need to come to office just to talk to people on Team all day in this freezing weather.

Now we got something crazy happening

Absolutely nothing. No empathy. No support. Our leaders do not care about us. The last year has made that completely evident.

@OP it took me an extra 2 hours to get home Friday. Buses delayed, circuitous routes. Thanks Gunjan.

Still required to go in. No leniency whatsoever to protect employees. No emails saying work from home is permitted.
