The new Vanguard office next to TIAA is open. It’s a big campus and you can see the top of the Vanguard building from the top floor of the TIAA atrium.

@jw is the new Vanguard office open now? The one near us that looks identical to our interior aesthetic? You’ll see people leave now that Vanguard won’t be off Tyvola. I know I will be applying and hopefully can get a breath of fresh air.
RTO is already a nuisance for most leaders. Several people leaders I know said they've told their direct reports to just go into workday and add alternative work site just so they don't have to discuss it with their boss.
TIAA leadership is doing everything it can to run this company into the ground.
In Charlotte people will go to Vanguard or LPL where hybrid work is the norm and not an exception.

I think it’s probably coming. They just remapped the 8625 building - part of me thinks it for future logistics to get people back and ensure the space accommodates.
I believe they will go to a 4 day in office policy but I don't think it will begin in March...it will be after the full closure of the Denver office...based on past trends they always make major announcements in August effective September( when T and others are on vacation)....usually to make things harder for parents with school starting.
If so just do the bare minimum and do not work at all once you leave the office. No after hours events off-site. No nights/weekends. No outlook/teams from your personal phone (should never install them on the first place) or put corporate phone on DnD until you arrive at the office the next day. Put in the time and disconnect once you shut down the PC and leave your rented desk.
