@k6 at least he keeps HR gainfully employed managing all the grievances raised against him.

@n2 Completely agree. Lexmark is the only way forward. At least they built their own tech, and services and processes etc.. etc. I mean seriously what the fu-k have the Xerox employees even been getting paid to do?

Thats a serious question. Cause if you ask anyone "Who does XYZ" no one seems to know. You never get a straight fu--ing answer.

The comments on this site alone are indicator enough that the legacy Xerox employees seem to be entitled children whos never had to actually work for their pay checks.

@f6 Lexmark remaining leadership and mindset is the only thing that can save Xerox. The problem is Xerox came to table with everything so broken that even good leadership will have a hard time putting Humpty Dumpty back together in time.

@f7 Can’t wait for the word salad next week and listen to our new CMO (David Brent aka DC) sell our “reinvention “ and “classic print business” as only one as gifted as him can do 🤣

@f6 you still think “saving” XRX is a thing. It’s not possible no matter what great ideas employees develop. It’s done. No math, except Steve non-math math, works here. Interest expense increasing, revenue decreasing, no action in headcount, can’t refinance, nothing left to sell, and I doubt anyone will buy the new shares. You are going to run out of cash.

@aj absolutely don’t do what makes sense. Don’t do what you would do if you owned the entire company. Only do as your told. 1970 top down management got us here, it will get us to ch 11. Just don’t think. We are Xerox. We do what we are told to do. Hopefully Lexmark culture is listen to employees, ask them for ideas, they are closest to the business, and many Lexmark folks are taking big positions. Let’s only hope, Lexmark could save xerox from the horrible top down threatening management style.

@a3 What’s wrong tinkerbell, can’t find a new job? It doesn’t matter how hard we work or what “good ideas” anyone develops because the SLT is really really stupid. Ideas are promoted based on whose they are not on any merit. I just proved, in public, beyond any doubt that one SLT members efficiency idea was in the level of a third grader. I’m sure I will be labeled “a barrier and not a team player” and disappear shortly.
