I'm done going above and beyond. From now on I'm just doing exactly what's required and keeping a low profile. Putting in extra effort here has never been appreciated, so I'm stopping.

This isn't a new strategy, I pioneered "doing the bare minimum" 15 years ago
PDR is a waste of your time.
100% agree. My PDR - I have entered all of the things I do and still will only get a 1% raise. So I put the bare minimum on my PDR since they know what they are giving me before I fill it out.
Plus I WFH and they keep taking things from my job responsibilities, why give them more effort when I know it is a matter of time before I am let go
