What the merit % this year? Is it for everyone or are some groups left out of merit?

Comp opened today. We won’t hear until next month.

@OP too early to know but compensation planning opens in early February. Managers will see how much they have to work with meaning give to their employees. But the board has to make the final approval in mid February before anyone receives merit and or a bonus.
